walker art center jewelry mart

i still haven't photographed some of my newer pieces, but here are some pictures of the jewelry artist mart at the walker art center. it was so fun, and i loved the gallery space. plus we were very busy all day! i brought my sister-in-law to help set up, but i really needed her for the whole thing. i'm so glad she was there with me. she also took these pictures for me, since i left my camera in the car. though i started doubting myself at the last minute, i loved how my display turned out! i took apart a million books and stacked them to display my jewelry in tiers. i would have worked a few things differently (i spent too much time taking the books apart perfectly and putting them back together perfectly, when i really could have just ripped them apart), but i was pleased that my imagined display turned out pretty much the way i envisioned it.

That looks awesome, Tina. All that white really makes the color on the jewelry stand out. I think I need more jewelry from you!
